Traveling has been a passion of mine since I got my first passport at 6 months old (no joke!) I sat on my moms lap and made gaga sounds at the photographer. I started traveling alone at age 6 to visit my Aunt in Missouri every Summer. I haven't stopped since. Where I go, my camera follows. I love experiencing new places and capturing each one in my own way.
I’m sooooo excited about this latest feature! Shawna + Jason’s Bahamas wedding is on the main Atlantis Resort website! As in their main page of weddings! Fingers crossed an awesome bride sees this and contacts me. I”m desperate for another trip to the Bahamas! Mandi and I had such a great time at this wedding.
PS Did you notice it’s 84 degrees there right now…jealous! 🙂

My friend and planner extraordinaire Courtney from After the Engagement posted a call for interested vendors on her Facebook page. She wanted to enter a contest to win a spot at an industry conference but needed to style a shoot to enter. I had never been part of a styled shoot before and was curious! I volunteered and the rest was history! She pulled this all together in about 10 days! The contest went live today so I’m able to share the outcome. Her vision was Fabulous + Graceful and her inspiration was a ballerina bride wearing black.

Jen + Clayton’s trash the dress session happened the day before the wedding! It was my first time getting to know them as well as my first trip to the Iao Valley. Oh my gosh, this place was gorgeous! Green mountains, rolling clouds – exactly how you would picture Hawaii! It had so many unique places to shoot. At sunset we went back to Kihei and had some fun in the waves! Well, they had more fun while I got to photograph it all 😉
I’m so excited to share one of my favorite boudoir sessions! Ms D stepped out of her own comfort zone for this shoot and left feeling so confident! She wrote me and is already planning her 2nd shoot for the future! She totally rocked every shot and made her boyfriend a very happy man with this gift! Oh and that amazing hair….Ms D is a hair stylist and I am so incredibly jealous of her luscious locks! 🙂
