The one thing Mandi told me about this wedding was how sweet and fun Laura & Alex were and that their families and bridal party were one of the best she had seen, pitching in all day and making sure the timeline was right on!  Because of a later ceremony time, Mandi only had a few minutes of light remaining for their photos!  She had to get creative and use Balboa Park’s gorgeous lights and she rocked it!  Lauren and Alex were thrilled with the result.

Jenny and Matt met Mandi for an early morning engagement session at Balboa Park!  I was shocked to see (in the photos) how little people are there in the mornings!  These lovebirds are getting married this November!

It’s rare that I have a wedding where I have never met the couple.  But since Erina and Aaron live in DC, I didn’t get the pleasure to meet them until the night before at their rehearsal dinner.  They both just and sweet and kind as I could have hoped for!  Their friends loved to dance and they had an incredible dessert bar too!  This post is extremely portrait-heavy, so enjoy!

Oh, and I want to give a little shout out to Lindsy Hines of Weddings by Lindsy.  It was our first time working together and is was a total joy!

These two have a special place in my heart…mostly because they are family!  Meet my cousin Mark and his gorgeous fiancee Katie!  If you have been following my blog for awhile, you may recognize them from their proposal at Disneyland!  They are tying the knot next year at Paradise Point and I couldn’t be more excited for them!  I am shooting the wedding up until the reception and then I get to join in on the celebration!

Mandi and I joined Ben and Leslie at their beautiful and intimate Father’s Day wedding in San Diego.    While Mandi was hanging with the men, I got to spend the morning with Leslie and her Maid of Honor, Michelle, at the US Grant Hotel.

This stunning bouquet was done by Sally with Exquisite Blooms!

They had the most awesome 1927′s vintage car by Haynes Chauffeuring

They have this adorable inside joke having to do with monkeys, so they were portrayed throughout the day Yummy cupcakes by Sweet Cheeks Bakery!

Leslie and Ben were very tidy with their cupcakes while feeding each other…D’Anthony decided to have a little more fun with his!

Shout out to Brenda with Swann Soirees for making the day run so smoothly as usual!

Leslie and Ben, thank you so much for including us in your day!  You were so awesome to work with, I wish you a lifetime of happiness!
