I’m so excited to finally share this gorgeous Maui wedding of Yue + Ben! We had a blast getting to know each other (and getting soaked on the beach) the day before. They had a beautiful ceremony at Olowalu Plantation House followed by a fun reception with their friends and family at Old Lahaina Luau. The guests were treated to a yummy buffet and a show full of talented dancers! We ended the night with everyone surrounding them with sparklers! I was so grateful they chose me to capture it all in photos.

Today is the one year anniversary since Yue + Ben got married…and I today is the day I realized I never blogged them! Perfect time to make up for that! I met these two the day before their wedding for a fun trash the dress session. They were ready to get in the water! We started in the pouring rain in the Iao Valley and ended up exploring south Maui all the way down to La Perouse Bay and ending up jumping in the huge waves at Makenna Beach. I had a blast taking these pictures with them and getting soaked myself!

Kelcy had suggested having their shoot at Lake Cuyamaca because she wanted a country feel. Mission accomplished! I loved shooting in a new area and these two were so adorable and comfortable in front of my camera.
