Zach + Nelly had 3 weddings! Yes 3. They were legally married at the Courthouse first, then had a huge traditional wedding in China and finally a smaller family centered affair in front of Zach’s friends and family. And they also announced they are expecting at this wedding! How fun! It was insanely hot at Stone Brewery that day. Nelly was a total trooper being newly pregnant and dealing with the heat! This was also my first wedding at Stone and it was awesome. I hope to work here more often and with Jen from Day of Love!

I was so excited when Jeff contacted me about his wedding. I had photographed his sisters wedding a few years prior and fell in love with the family! I was thrilled to meet Alex as well. They just mesh so well together. We shot their engagement session in areas they like to frequent near their LA home. It was fun, a new location for me, I had never been to Abbot Kinney or Santa Monica Pier! And of course their absolutely adorable Toby joined us for some photos. Isn’t he the cutest thing ever?!

I thought these two were being a little ambitious – wanting to do a day after session the morning after their wedding! But they were rockstars, came fully prepared to jump in the ocean! We had a perfect morning, and even had a group of kids catch her bouquet! So fun!

It was my first time up to Malibu for a wedding! What a gorgeous day it was – Devin + Ryan and their little one Roxy enjoyed every moment of their special day!

Who doesn’t love a groom in a kilt?! Michelle + Ian live in Scotland and were married at Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club on a beautiful October day! They wanted an indoor ceremony, which ended up being absolutely beautiful inside the club. And Michelle was so low-key on her wedding day, she even did her own makeup! The reception included teaching the guests a traditional Ceilidh which was awesome to photograph! Shout out to DJ Pat from Sound Prodigy for a rocking party!
