I absolutely love intimate weddings. Even more so when I’m the only witness! Larissa + Christopher traveled from the chilly Midwest to elope in Palm Springs. Larissa has such an amazing laugh and Christopher is the best at making her do it! She even helped redesign a silk organza slip from the 1890’s into her beautiful wedding dress. Stunning! We are finally getting Fall like weather in SoCal so I thought it would be perfect time to share this colorful wedding of Rachael + Jeff in the Finger Lakes, NY! Jeff is the brother of the bride who got married in Thailand 2 years ago. It was great catching up with some of the people from that trip! It was a chilly October day – as soon as we finished photos in the vineyard we got poured on! Our timing was absolutely perfect! I loved hanging out with Jeff + Rachael amongst the gorgeous Fall colors. Their adoration for each other is totally visible by everyone around them!

Jon + Crystal wanted to escape the heat of Las Vegas and head to Temecula for a destination wedding among the vines! They are both craft beer lovers as well as yummy wines! A winery wedding is a perfect fit. Crystal did something extra special for Jon’s ring – she handmade it out of a US quarter! How cool is that?! Love these two!

Dianna + Michael traveled all the way from New York for their dream destination wedding in Coronado. I had met them once before when we took their engagement photos so it was great to see them and meet their friends and family! It was a perfect day. Everything went smoothly and they were so excited to marry each other!

One thing I loved about Kate + Sean is that they really worked to use all local vendors. Everyone was located in North County – most of them in Carlsbad! They live in Carlsbad and can walk to their wedding venue! How cool is that? They are super laid back as well. They were most excited about the classic cars they took to the ceremony! And I love that Kate did a hair change for the reception! So rad.
