Traveling has been a passion of mine since I got my first passport at 6 months old (no joke!) I sat on my moms lap and made gaga sounds at the photographer. I started traveling alone at age 6 to visit my Aunt in Missouri every Summer. I haven't stopped since. Where I go, my camera follows. I love experiencing new places and capturing each one in my own way.
You know it’s going to be a fun session when you walk up and the groom offers you a Jack & Coke! We had a blast roaming all over Laguna Beach and then catching the last bit of sunset at the Montage Resort! Such a fun time with these two, can’t wait til their September wedding!
I’m soooooooooooo excited to finally share this shoot! When Dana + Lake mentioned they owned a boat and would I mind taking their photos on it – I pretty much peed my pants. Ok not really, but it was a close call. I love new adventures! And I won’t lie -it was an adventure! You see, sailboats have to be sailed…I know, right? They totally rocked it out between taking breaks for actually sailing the boat! I’m so in love with these images!
Monderly Wed also loved them, so much that they are featured over there today! WOOT!

This was my first visit to Balboa Island in Newport – such a cool little area! And I had a blast getting to know Kristin and Jonathan a little bit more! They both work in the medical field and are headed to Honduras soon – all just a few short months before their wedding. Love their dedication. I’m looking forward to hearing all about their experience at their wedding in June!
